Ahmed Eissa is a certified planning engineer and project controls expert with a proven track record in large-scale infrastructure and public development projects. His professional journey began in 2019 with the Egyptian Armed Forces – Engineering Corps, where he played a pivotal role in the successful delivery of multiple national projects under the presidential “Decent Life” initiative. He was responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of critical facilities—including hospitals, medical centers, and youth centers—ensuring their completion on schedule and within scope.
Holding an MBA and a SAS certification, Ahmed uniquely combines strategic management insight with advanced data analytics capabilities. This powerful blend allows him to lead complex planning operations with clarity and precision, specializing in project controls, scheduling, resource optimization, and performance monitoring.
Through his hands-on experience, Ahmed identified a critical gap between academic theory and practical, on-site execution in the planning engineering field. This insight inspired him to found Core Plan, an emerging educational brand dedicated to empowering engineers and project controllers with actionable knowledge, practical tools, and bilingual content.

أحمد عيسى هو مهندس تخطيط ومحترف تحكم في المشاريع يتمتع بسجل حافل في إدارة مشاريع البنية التحتية الكبرى والتطوير العام. بدأت رحلته المهنية في 2019 فى سلاح المهندسين بالقوات المسلحة المصرية، حيث لعب دوراً محورياً في إنجاز العديد من المشاريع القومية تحت مظلة مبادرة “حياة كريمة” الرئاسية. تولى مسؤولية الإشراف على تخطيط وتنفيذ منشآت حيوية – بما في ذلك المستشفيات والمراكز الطبية ومراكز الشباب – مع ضمان إنجازها في الوقت المحدد وفي نطاق الميزانية.
